Buyers
Do I pay anything to use AutoGetz?
No. Searching, saving cars and contacting sellers is free.
How do I contact a seller?
Tap WhatsApp or Call on the car's page. You deal with the seller directly; AutoGetz doesn't take part in the sale.
How do I save cars and get alerts?
Tap the heart on any car and sign in with your email. On any search, tap "Save this search". You get one email each evening with new matches and price drops, and can stop it from any email.
What does "Verified dealer" mean?
The dealer has given us their SSM business registration and we've checked it.
Is the monthly payment shown a loan offer?
No. It's an estimate using a flat interest rate, as hire purchase is usually quoted in Malaysia. Your actual rate and term come from the dealer or your bank.
How do I compare cars?
Tap Compare on up to 3 cars, then "Compare" in the tray at the bottom of the screen.
Something about a car looks wrong.
Use "Report this car" on its page. We review every report.
Private sellers
How much does it cost to sell my car?
One car on sale free at a time, for 60 days, and you can renew it free any time. Extra cars are RM49 each for 60 days.
How do buyers contact me?
By WhatsApp or phone, using the number you give when you sign up. Nothing goes through AutoGetz.
What happens after 60 days?
The car comes off sale. Press "Put back on sale" in My cars to renew; for your free car, renewing is free.
Can I make my car stand out?
Yes. Boost (RM50) moves it up in results; Premium (RM99) highlights it for 30 days.
I sell cars as a business.
Then a dealer plan suits you better: your own showroom page, enquiries, team accounts and analytics, starting with free months.
Dealers
What does it cost?
Dealer Pro RM799 a month for 20 cars, Dealer Max RM1,299 for 50 cars, Dealer Ultra RM1,999 for 100 cars and 3 branches. New dealers start with free months and a first-year discount; see "Why sell on AutoGetz".
Do I need a card to start?
No. Add a card any time on Billing; nothing is charged until your free months end. If there's no card when they end, you have 7 days before your cars are hidden.
What happens when a car sells?
Mark it sold. Its place frees up straight away for another car.
Can my salespeople have their own WhatsApp?
Yes. Invite them on Team, and choose there whether buyers see your branch or the salesperson on each car.
How do I get the Verified badge?
Send your SSM registration from your portal. Once we've checked it, the badge shows on your cars and showroom.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, on Billing, any time. During your free months, changes are free.
Do you take commission on sales?
No. You keep the full sale price.
Advertisers
Where can my banner appear?
On the home page, in search results (after the third car), on car pages (above "More from this seller") and at the end of search results. The Advertise page shows each one on desktop and phone.
How is the price worked out?
Each placement has a price for all of Sarawak, exclusive, for 30 days. A division costs 60% of it and a town 35%; a shared place costs 40% of exclusive; video banners cost 25% more.
Exclusive or shared?
Exclusive shows only your banner in that space and area. Shared takes turns with up to 2 other advertisers.
When do I pay?
After we approve your banner, before your start date. Nothing is charged before approval.
What sizes and formats can I use?
Exactly the size shown for the placement (1200 × 200 or 1200 × 400). JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF up to 500 KB, or a silent MP4 or WebM video up to 15 seconds and 2 MB with a still image.
How are impressions and clicks counted?
An impression is counted when at least half of your banner has been on screen for a second. Clicks pass through AutoGetz on the way to your link, so both are counted accurately.
