Terms of Use

1. Who we are

AutoGetz™ is a car marketplace for Sarawak, operated by Singalang Technologies, Wisma DUBS, Miri, Sarawak ("we", "us"). AutoGetz is our trademark.

2. AutoGetz is a listing platform

We show cars listed by dealers and private sellers and let buyers contact them. We are not the seller, buyer, agent or broker of any car, and we are not part of any sale, payment, loan or transfer of ownership.

Sellers write their own listings. Apart from checking dealers' SSM registration for the Verified badge, we don't inspect cars or check what sellers say about them. See our Disclaimer.

3. Using AutoGetz

Use the site lawfully and honestly. Don't post false or misleading information, cars you have no right to sell, or other people's photos without permission.

• Don't copy the site's content in bulk, use automated tools to collect it, or try to get around its security.
• Don't use contact details from the site for spam or anything other than the car you're asking about.

We may remove content, suspend listings or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; you're responsible for what happens in your account. Dealers are responsible for the team members they invite.

5. Listings

Sellers must make sure their listings are accurate, up to date and lawful, and mark cars as sold when they're sold.

• Private sellers: one car on sale free at a time for 60 days, renewable free; extra cars are paid per car.
• Dealers: the number of cars on sale depends on your plan.

We may change how listings are shown and ordered, and may remove listings that look misleading, duplicated or unlawful.

6. Prices and payments

Prices for dealer plans, extras, Boost, Premium, extra private listings and adverts are shown on the site in ringgit (RM). Card payments are handled by Stripe; we don't see or store your card number.

• Dealer plans renew monthly until cancelled. New dealers may receive free months and a discount as shown when they register; the terms shown at registration apply.
• If a payment fails, there is a grace period before cars are hidden.
• Paid items are not refundable once they've started, unless the law requires it. If you think something went wrong, contact us.

7. Dealers

Dealers must give accurate business details. The Verified badge is shown only after we've checked your SSM registration. You're responsible for your listings, your team's conduct and your dealings with buyers.

8. Advertisers

Adverts must be lawful, truthful and suitable for a general audience, and link to a page you're entitled to promote. We review every advert and may reject or remove one that breaks these rules.

• You pay after your advert is approved, before its start date.
• We count impressions and clicks honestly but don't guarantee any number of either.

9. Our responsibility

We work to keep AutoGetz accurate and available, but the site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for any loss arising from a car bought, sold or viewed through AutoGetz, from what sellers or buyers say or do, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes to paid services we'll tell you before they apply.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
